It is recommended to not be in gatherings with more than 50 people, to stay at least six feet away from people, etc etc.This makes teaching yoga in person a bit awkward and nerve wrecking for all parties, instructors and students.After receiving the attached email fromYoga Alliance, as an ERYT since 2009, I feel that pausing my in person classes is responsibly, morally and ethically the right decision for me personally.NOW GOOD NEWS…Starting tomorrow Monday March 16th I will offering online yoga classes via Facebook LIVE Monday-Friday at 10am and 6pm.Registration for the 10am classes will end at 8am.Registration for 6pm classes will end at 4pm.As you know many of you are currently out of work due to the coronavirus, I want to make yoga super affordable for each and everyone of you. Therefore. each class will only be $5 per class.
