Bella Yoga has joyously been serving the community since October 2009 by teaching the beautiful gift of yoga, feeding the homeless, adopting a family for Christmas each year, hosting yoga retreats, teaching kids yoga workshops, and yoga teacher trainings. What a journey it has been! Looking forward to what the LORD has in store for us next.

Join me this Tuesday, June 30th at 11am for my π― th yoga π§ββοΈ class since COVID-19 began!

When COVID-19 began and all businesses began to shut down Bella Yoga continued to press forward offering faith based virtual classes for the first time in 11 years and encouraging everyone in the word of GOD.

We learned about true Faith, leaning on the Lord, encouraging others, staying positive, hope, endurance, perseverance, positivity, enthusiasm, and many other things that helped us all stay focused on the Scriptures and promises of GOD ather than the situation.οΏΌ What a blessing.

I began teaching virtual classes on the sidewalk in front of my house on March 17th as the quarantine began, sometimes I would teach in my living room if it was cold or rainy, and sometimes I would teach on my back patio. This went on for the first eight weeks of quarantine. Offering classes for only $5 per class per person!οΏΌ

Once the quarantine was lifted on May 8th, I began teaching outdoor yoga at the Belle Creek Town Square park in my neighborhood for the next four weeks.

Then two weeks ago Bella Yoga started teaching once again at Living Hope Lutheran Church in the chapel with restrictions due to COVID-19.

We are now in our 15th week of classes during COVID-19! Many of the restrictions have now been lifted and I am able to offer classes in person and at the same time continuing to teach Facebook live classes for those who are not able to attend class in the chapel. As of today I have had over 315 participants, in five different states, two different countries, and I am fast approaching our 100th yoga class! GOD is so amazing!

This Saturday will be my one hundredth class since COVID-19 quarantine began! Letβs celebrate together this Saturday at 11AM with an amazing Vinyasa yoga class! πͺπ§ββοΈπ

Only $10 per person! To register just go to Venmo or PayPal! In the notes be sure to say Saturday 11 AM yoga. Please specify if youβll be practicing online on Facebook live or at Living Hope in the chapel.
