Each year, our Bella Yoga family comes together for something very near and dear to my heart — volunteering at the Denver Rescue Mission to help serve meals to individuals in need! ❤️
Giving back to our community is such a beautiful and rewarding experience! It’s an opportunity to meet wonderful people, make new friends, share some laughs, and most importantly, make a meaningful difference in someone’s life! 🥰

What a beautiful day at my first Market in the Park here in The Aurora Highlands
The sunshine was shining, there was a gentle breeze in the air, and I had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people in our community. Between the face painting, great conversations, and making new connections, it was such a fun and rewarding experience.
I was also grateful to spend part of my day doing what I love most—teaching yoga and sharing the gift of movement, breath, and wellness with others. 
Building a business in a new community takes time, and I’m thankful for every conversation, every connection, and every opportunity to meet new people along the way. I feel truly blessed to be part of such a welcoming community and look forward to many more events like this in the future.
