Join us this Saturday, July 11 at 10am for an amazing outdoor Yoga Class. Arrive a little early find parking check-in at my booth. Be sure to bring your yoga mat water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. That’s easy to move in and breathe in. Don’t forget to invite your best friend. Class will be held right behind the stage in the flower garden. Get ready to move and breathe and feel amazing! This class is donation base so you get to pay what feels good for you!

What a beautiful day at my first Market in the Park here in The Aurora Highlands
The sunshine was shining, there was a gentle breeze in the air, and I had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people in our community. Between the face painting, great conversations, and making new connections, it was such a fun and rewarding experience.
I was also grateful to spend part of my day doing what I love most—teaching yoga and sharing the gift of movement, breath, and wellness with others. 
Building a business in a new community takes time, and I’m thankful for every conversation, every connection, and every opportunity to meet new people along the way. I feel truly blessed to be part of such a welcoming community and look forward to many more events like this in the future.
