Bella Yoga has been in business since Oct 1, 2009 with a very strong foundation in social impact, helping those less fortunate, empowering others by training the workforce and creating jobs, and creating revenue which is used to help the community. As a Christian, minority, small business owner, Michelle Klabon enjoys serving her community.
Bella Yoga is the creator of a special program called “Socks For Souls” where owner Michelle Klabon and her students collect brand new socks each year, decorate them with Christmas ribbon, and personally deliver them to the homeless in Downtown Denver. Each year the yoga studio adopts a family in need for Christmas. They purchase gifts, wrap the gifts, and deliver them to the family. Michelle Klabon and her students go to the Denver Rescue Mission a few times per year and help to serve meals.
As a registered yoga school since 2013, students who want to expand their education can attend yoga teacher training at Bella Yoga and become a registered yoga teacher. This 200 Hour, Yoga Alliance approved training, provides students with all the tools they need to begin their new yoga teaching careers.
Bella Yoga offers individual yoga classes and/or memberships for adults and children making the gift of yoga accessible to children as young as 4 years old, teaching them the health benefits of yoga at a very young age. Michelle Klabon enjoys working with young children to help them learn at a young age how to deal with stress, to be confidant, to have compassion and embrace others, love themselves, make friends, breathe, and just have fun all while learning yoga poses.
As a wellness center, Bella Yoga offers nutrition services that teach the community to learn how to eat more healthy. Other wellness services includes: massage therapy and skincare. If you are looking to connect with the community and do something fun, Bella Yoga also hosts yoga retreats in mountains of Colorado and various other locations. If you’d like to get creative and/or learn how to paint, Bella yoga also hosts paint n sip events which are a great way to meet others and make new friends.
Join today to be part of something special. Namaste.
